I participated in Constituent Services. This involved answering phones, writing emails, mailing constituent breakfast invitations and reading through newspapers to find constituent accomplishments and obituaries. I was also trained on RepNet, which is the Constituent Database for the Pennsylvania Legislature. During my time with Representative Hickernell, I was able to sit in on meetings located within his district office, and traveled to Harrisburg on a couple of occasions. Also during my time at the District Office, I worked on a project with the House Republican Education Committee in which I researched school districts and facts about those school districts.
