We have helped a wide array of major OEM/CM customers to develop & manufacture alternate sourced products, & Sub Assemblies in Asia, Mexico, and other low cost/high value regions through our exceptional and diverse manufacturing capabilities. To date, we utilize over 27+ factories, many carrying UL/CSA/ TS16949 /13485 certifications, etc. Our product offerings consist of Custom Wire Harnesses & Cable Assy's, Power Supplies - Cords & Molded Plugs, Full Range of Metal Fabrication and Plastic Injection products. These products are almost always supplied at a significant cost savings to our customers, and include a wide variety of products beyond what I noted. Our turnaround is approximately 3-7 days for quotation, samples 1 week to 14 days, and we have outstanding reverse engineering capabilities which have proved extremely valuable to our customers. Supply Concepts can produce functionally equivalent products serving as high quality substitutes for costly production items. During the prototyping process, slight variations can be made such as an additional tab, lip, etc, which does not alter functionality and protects from any possible copyright infringements. Benchmarking samples, full engineering support, and documentation is provided.
