Hasslily was a talented UX Designer for my Workday team for over 2 years. During this time she completed numerous UX design and interaction reviews, research studies, guerilla testing and expert reviews. What was extra special about Hasslily was her leadership and interpersonal skills. Also, her ability to adapt to the constraints she was working within whilst advocating strongly for the human at the centre of the design. Her knowledge is exceptional and she clearly enjoys sharing it and supporting others to grow. I can’t recommend Hasslily highly enough.

Working with Hasslily was a great pleasure, The UX expertise she provided on the countless epics I was Product Owner for - really contributed to their success. Other than the inflight UX work, all the templates and usability guides that she created are a gold mine! Thank you for being such an asset Lily!

Worked as a Lead Experience Designer managing and uplifting the experience and usability issues for the B2B facing HR system Workday at nbnco. I was deployed into the HR Technology’s discovery and delivery teams, enabling me to transition the discovery findings into implementation. I supervised the full cycle of the People & Culture communication lifecycle generated from nbnco-Workday’s features for business-wide units; from notifications, alerts, confirmations to payroll, HSE and LMS. I was responsible for removing usability flaws, complexity and inconsistency to uplift employer-employees communications by applying the “job-to-be-done” framework and GEL (Global Experience Language). This approach was successfully applied to include the micro-interaction throughout nbnco-Workday’s interfaces ensuring information is written accurately, available and reachable to enhance employees’ efficiency of self-service.
