Working in mobile and residential capacities providing outdoor experiences that aimed to increase confidence. The programs were designed to asses the needs of the young people work with select issues and provide reports to social services so that they could finds suitable long term placements for the young people. It required a lot of multi agency working and attendance of review meetings for the young people
