My recent role within D&G was in a customer facing role organising repairs for existing customers. My role also included setting up boiler service plans and insurance plans for various white and brown goods. In my time at D&G, I have helped customers fix their appliance while decreasing the stress of the situation. While additionally protecting them in the future. As most of the products at D&G are insurances, I am regulated by the FCA and have learnt how to be fully compliant within their guidelines. While also maximising KPI regarding sales and call metric Responsibilities Included: • Clarity and confidence on each call. • Passing DPA on every call while building trust and rapport with the customer. • Collecting accurate information on each new repair and appliance while making conversation with the customer. • Using fact finding questions to expand opportunities on each call. Converting a single repair call into multiple insurance sales. • Closing sales and taking payments in the form of direct debits and credit card payments. • Organising repairs and troubleshooting problems. • Signposting customers to the right information and efficiently managing average call time while achieving sales. The sales environment taught me how to create opportunity from every customer encountered. I am at my strongest while supporting and helping others. As my best method of learning is by demonstrating a topic to my peers, while also receiving key insights into how to do a task better. Show less
