  In my role in Bell Labs I am responsible for creation and implementation to proof of concept stage new ideas that are impacting future of telecommunication. I specialize in passive part of RF front-end design including antennas, filters and radio chain passive components. In the past I was involved in early stages of Massive MIMO demonstration platform working closely with Tom Marzetta (inventor of massive MIMO concept). Other, more recent, projects included delivery of moon rover antenna design to Nokia Mission to the Moon programme and Alex Thomson Racing satcom consultancy. In my role, I demonstrated creativity and ability to work with a team from various parts of the world. Part of my of my responsibilitie was to supervise students pursuing PhD programmes with Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent.
