Developed a successful intern program at the Missoula Police Department which resulted in over 65 plus volunteers and interns successfully hired in law enforcement agencies over the past 10 years. Enjoyed finding proper placement for volunteers that best suits their talents and thrive in the law enforcement environment. There is great pride knowing MPD has an excellent volunteer program in Missoula and the amount of work accomplished each week often goes unnoticed across the community.
