I worked in the same company as John at RS Orange on Recruiting Duty. He was one of my sector Recruiter Instructors that oversaw several other Recruiting Sub Stations. He spent numerous hours educating me on how to effectively manage my personnel and programs that led to me being successful while on Recruiting Duty. His common sense approach was easy to understand and apply on a daily basis. He served as our Military Entrance Processing Station head liaison where he continually improved relationships and processes in a Joint Command Element which lead to our command being successful in accomplishing our missions daily. I would seek to work with and for John in the future.

John is very accomplished in the sales field, particularly in the area of teaching and molding personnel under his charge to be better sales people. He is exceptional in teaching new ways to overcome indifference and continuing to sell beyond the close. John would make an excellent sales manager and is a valuable addition to any sales team.
