Prior to its merger in mid 2009, I had the great pleasure of learning from some of the best Lithographic Production staff in the country. I accepted the challenge of starting at the bottom and earning a position operating some of the most technologically advanced equipment available to the industry. As a second pressman, part of my responsability was to manage the press crew, maintain and operate the machinary and interface with clients and other departments within the organization. My areas of expertise include, production management,workflow organization and technology as well as, quality control identification and procedure. I have always felt that learning never stops and enjoy the opportunity of a good challenge.

I started at Gordons Cabinet Shop as a Cabinet installer. The shop was one of Southern Californias largest manufacturers of custom, and production cabinetry. As a field employee I maintained the highest standards for the company and quickly became a project manager. In this position I was in charge of production schedules, the ordering of materials and the installation crew for the locations assigned to me. This also included attending meetings and giving account for the job sites that we're in my area. While at Gordons Cabinet shop, I was trained in the art of Cabinet repair and wood grain paint, and stain touch up. It gave me the experience to be more involved with customers and superintendants, and build better relationships for the company. This was a great job and I really enjoyed the many opportunities that were provided.
