In my role here, I was responsible for athlete coaching, group management, program development and delivery, and team collaboration. I practiced all aspects of the Accredited Exercise Scientist professional attributes, which solidified not only the foundation of my career, but multiple blocks after that. At the completion of my placement, feedback indicated that I had established myself with a strong coaching depth and breadth skillset, who is creative in their programming whilst also being able to seamlessly develop a rapport with athletes.
