Dads Group is a not for profit organisation that connects new and expecting fathers with local dads groups, reducing isolation and the risks of mental health, family violence and suicide. My role as the Victorian State Manager is to provide support in managing operations for all the Victorian group leaders, state managers across Australia and the CEO. I develop partnerships with councils, organisations and family services to help improve family supports and build sustainability within the organisation.
