I had the pleasure of working with Carlos in the Non-Alcoholic Category in SABMiller Ecuador SABMiller where he was my boss. During the time we worked together, I got to admire his drive for success, his strong strategic thinking and his creative streak. But above all, I was impressed with Carlos ability to get alignment across the organization and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. He really knows how to connect with others and leads with his example and commitment. Carlos would be a terrific asset for any position requiring strong leadership skills and strategic-creative thinking and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

Carlos is an excellent leader. Reporting to him has been rewarding for my career due to his focus on achieving challenging goals, while providing support on building the skills of the team to meet career objectives. Carlos has an extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and alcoholic beverages categories, which has been key to deliver strong results in the project (SCC).
