In my 20 years of working with leaders, Cindy stands at the very top of that list of leaders who are truly remarkable. She has the ability of reading a room and being able to deliver some of the most sensitive and difficult messages, with care, compassion, and empathy. During our time working together, we had some time sensitive, key initiatives that we worked on together at a very difficult time in our organization's history.
