Stephen Raynard was instrumental in pointing me to some really good programs that kept my spirits up and focused on the job search. The COPS program really made me feel my skills were strong enough to go for the Project Mgmt career. Stephen's help connecting me to VPI and Second Career was the start of a new beginning for me. Stephen's support when another agency told me to take an hourly wage job was critical to keeping my confidence up. I achieved my Project Management Degree at Centennial College. One of the professors at Centennial taught a PMP prep course and I achieved the PMP designation. Because of Stephen's help I obtained a job as a Project Manager at a major Canadian retail company and have been there for 7 years. Stephen believed in me and encouraged me and I thank him for all his help!

I have been a colleague of Stephen for a little over seven years now; and have been working intensively with him since July 2010. He brings an amazing energy to everything he does. He is intensely client focused, practical and creative. It is a joy and a challenge to work closely with him in program design as we bounce ideas off one another. I heartily recommend him, for any positions related to coaching, training or group facilitation.
