  In this position I was in charge of independently managing a case load of those in need of in-home services such as caretaking (cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc) or assistance with transportation or grocery shopping. I would help clients who had a disability or the elderly by going to their house and performing an assessment regarding their current health and the level of assistance needed. I was in charge of scheduling my own home visits, my own 6 month check in calls as well as managing contact with individual care providers on a client to client basis.
