Aaron is a very diligent planner and great project manager. Having to balance multiple expectations from applicants, elected officials, and consultants he understands how to move a project through the municipal planning process.

Mark Rhoades, AICP

Aaron Sage, AICP, is an outstanding and knowledgeable city planning professional. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron at the City of Berkeley Planning and Development Department for several years. In my position as the City's Planning Manager, I came to rely on Aaron's professionalism, attention to detail, and thirst for knowledge. Aaron has particularly strong skills in zoning, zoning administration, CEQA, urban design and design review. As a former Berkeley city planner Aaron has been through just about every difficulty that a contentious public process in an activist community like Berkeley can generate. Aaron survived it all with aplomb and an even greater desire to help communities achieve their goals through land use.
