Bob is a senior leader who has a proven track record of managing groups of diverse people across multiple departments (both internal and external) to ongoing success. For example, Bob came onboard and was tasks with defining and bringing to market a critical "controller" box for our flagship product. He drove business and technical clarity early in the project, then successfully navigated the various engineering challenges, vendor and manufacturing partnerships, before finally bringing the product to market, complete with the various certifications needed both domestically and in Europe. The positive outcome of this endeavor is a direct testament to Bob's ability to manage up and down the chain - being able to talk to people's priorities - regardless their position or role.

Bob led the organization through many changes at a high pace, and he did so well in my opinion. In his role as Director, Bob took great care about his people.
