My achievements; -I learned how business is run in a factory that exports ovens, microwaves and cooker hoods to 48 countries. -I witnessed the process from the idea stage to the production of a product. -I observed how a change in a product affects all production stages. -I observed how to manage assembly line operations in the factory. -I worked on efficiency projects that will increase annual production. -I took part in the development of first line capability error codes to facilitate the work of the operators at the factory. -I took part in the 5S and OHS audits of the factory with the TPM Specialist. -I got general knowledge about Assembly, Production Planning, Production Engineering, Mechanics, Maintenance departments. I have worked in the racing commission at the sailing branch for 4 years under the responsibility of theMETU Sports Club. During my tenure, I led the team in setting up racing teams and managing racingorganizations. I took part in finding resources for domestic and international sailing races. I also workedas an assistant instructor in the basic sailing training of our newly joined teammates.
