  Created the position and the narration program. Hire, train, write all the harbor tours for the boat company. At one time up to 110 tours a week plus researching, training, and hiring narrators for Tall Ships 2017 (230 tours in 5 days). Wrote script for high speed stunt boat Codzilla. Hire and train actor/deckhands for up to 56 trips a week. Created the position and the narration program. Hire, train, write all the harbor tours for the boat company.   Leading over 10,000 inner city youth and their groups counselors on a boat trip to a Boston Harbor Island for an fun and educational experience throughout the summer. Avg. 500-600 kids per day. Responsible for my own staff and the various activities we run throughout the day. History, swimming, treasure hunts, fishing, staff mentoring, are all in a days work.
