As a Editor-in-Chief of NUS's undergraduate literary criticism journal, my responsibilities include, besides helping to oversee the editing and publication of our 2020/2021 issue, liaising with other student groups to introduce a facility for incorporating possibly multimedia works into the journal alongside its staple of critical essays, re-developing the journal's website and online UI/UX, and revitalising the journal's presence in the university's literature department. We are currently working towards restructuring the professionalizing the journal as we move into its 7th issue.
