Our team was impressed by Carl's ability to take our inhouse creative's flat mockups and translate those into exceptional UI/UX. Not only did he intake another vendor's code and migrate as much of the functionality as possible (lacking the ability to test), he delivered a RESS solution that was well thought out. I am a selective UI/UX customer and I can't recommend Carl highly enough.
