Ed and I worked together in the Enterprise Risk group conducting onsite risk assessments. In his role as Risk Manager, Ed was able to meet both objectives of the role – project management and risk identification/analysis. First, he effectively managed each project, documented the milestones, and was great with follow-up and follow-through on any pending items related to the assessment. Second, Ed conducted research, reviewed documentation provided by the business unit, and was able to ask clarifying questions and drill down where additional information was needed to accurately identify and analyze risks related to the business units.
