Andrea assembled, directed and led her team of contractors, staff and volunteers and pulled off a truly wonderful evening. Driven by my desire to reconnect alumni to the University, my responsibilities include planning, managing, and executing alumni special events and communications. In addition, I manage the entertainment logistics on five stages during Fiesta Oyster Bake, a music festival with 70,000+ attendees, which includes parking, security, hotel accommodations, hospitality riders, green rooms, etc. Highlights include implementing an email communication system for our alumni base and initiating social media marketing for the Alumni Association to include all our 10 alumni chapters.
