1) Design LV & MV electrical systems of residential and industrial construction projects, which includes designing power flow, lighting, power & earthing and metering, panel & cables lists, fire alarm, telephone & ethernet system. 2) Review & finalize contractor shop drawings. 3) Work out specifications & BOQ of tasks, material, manpower for pricing. 4) Prepare project plan & budgetary cost of project. 5) Review vendor & contractor bids and finalize with project team. 6) Supervise site works, purchasing, & receiving inspection at site. 7) Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site acceptance tests). 8) Perform QC at site for completed installations and prepare punch list as per NEC, NFPA, IEC, SDMS code. 9) Prepare work scope, BOQ and drawings for any alterations in Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industry plants and implement Control of Change Process. Project works 10) Designed drawings, installed, tested & commissioned 6MW genset room of Al-Qahtani PCK pipe factory, Dammam-Riyadh highway. Supervised site for installation, testing & commissioning of panelboards, cables, lightings, fire alarm & data systems of factory. Also provided technical support to client in acquiring API & civil defense certifications of factory. 11) Commissioned 13.8kV substation at Dhahran-Jubail highway. Energized, tested & commissioned 13.8kV switchgears in coordination with Saudi Electricity Co. 12) Field installation & commissioning of 1500kVAR power factor panel on 460V Transformer, and field installation of 3MW low frequency induction heater and 2MW phase balancer at epoxy coating plant of Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industry. 13) Installed & commissioned of VFDs on reclaims conveyor gearboxes of Concrete Weight Coating plant.
