Indigenous Aerospace is on a mission to build RPAS businesses in First Nations communities. Our work seeks to enhance the quality of life throughout the communities we work with and for. I oversee the strategic and operational efficiency of our outreach and training programs, equipment and maintenance supply chain, customized solutions and staff. I have a strong background in Indigenous studies and a broad understanding of the challenges our communities face. I bring strong leadership skills, and I will deliver clear communication and decisiveness in implementing our initiatives. Objectives of this Role Work closely with our strategic partners, governments, not-for-profits, and community advocates to inform, assess, and address issues that affect Indigenous Aerospace. Oversee Indigenous Aerospace's daily operations, providing executive direction on all program strategies, compliance, quality assurance, and program efficiency. Identify and implement staffing requirements for efficient operations, maintain a strong culture and work climate that attracts and retains staff, and drives our mission. Represent Indigenous Aerospace, increase awareness, and elevate First Nations voice in the drone industry by being the spokesperson and liaison with media and industry associations. My staff and I are guided by the OCAP Principles. Show less
