With my sufficient background and expertise, I built and sustained strong working relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally. I have collaborated with cross- functional clients in order to drive optimal outcomes and support in the documentation, design, and development of functional and technical solutions for existing and future products, while maintain compliance with the requirements. My excellent leadership skills allowed me to effectively lead the analysis and deployment of all clinical reporting for NHS Wales, and provide training, guidance and operational support as needed. Within this role, I created and designed the business and functional/technical requirements including the design specifications and process flow diagrams with high level of accuracy and proficiency, in line with the required standard. I oversaw multiple concurrent health deliverables with competing priorities using organisational and time management skills to complete deliverables and other tasks required according to the set timeframes. Working collaboratively with the product, sales, and development teams in the efficient development and specification of new software requirements for clients, to ensure positive outcomes at all times. This experience has allowed me to manage the technical and contractual enhancement development and documentation of incorporating Wales, Scotland and UK country-wide health implementation for a virtual laboratory that compromises over 80% of all clinical health data. This role has allowed me to grow exponentially – furthering my skills and abilities in an organisation, where I have utilised my professional experience in overall product software development, team wide collaboration, and project management to provide continuous outcomes with regularity.

This experience allowed me to work closely and collaborate well with the clients in developing and implementing all notifiable disease workflows including reporting, outbreak controls, clinical and epidemiology methods by utilising HTML, JavaScript, HL7, XML and otherrelated computer programs and languages with high level of proficiency. I was able to work whilst build trusting relationships with local and international health departments in mapping and highlighting disease areas, in order to determine the key gaps in reporting to prevent potential threats and resolve emerging issues. I have been able to prepare reports on project plans, client business model analysis, design specifications, proof of concept documents, Project Schedule, User Acceptance Test plan and Transition to Support plan for submission to the management in a timely manner.
