This is a diverse role providing leadership and support to the key business units within the Auckland region. The most significant project was setting up a new Commercial division for which I was tasked with establishing a call center, estimating team, and despatch unit to support a stretch target of 300% annual growth in the commercial sector. After achieving the initial goals for the Commercial team I set up operational KPI reporting and a sales management template to ensure continued success before moving on to my next challenge. My final period at Carters was spent at Auckland Manufacturing. My first challenge was implementing new processes for the Despatch team, including the Hiab fleet that was responsible for Frame and Truss deliveries Auckland wide. After embedding processes in this area I took on the challenge of interim Manufacturing Manager. After the recruitment of a new Manufacturing I assisted in the transition phase of moving to a new facitlity before making an internal move to CHH.
