In this 1 Year Fixed Term, I was responsible for managing the Gateway Programme at the school. I work with employers and providers and recruit students into their desired choice of work experience for a period of time. It is an extremely busy and demanding role and my passion is in helping Rangatahi discover and gain experience in areas of their passion, while at the same time gaining NCEA credits towards their education.
