Lead the delivery of a multi million dollar project to transform the Flybuys customer value proposition, which saw the introduction of two new currencies for members (New World Dollars and Z & Caltex Fuel discounts), a treats and deals platform and brand refresh. This was the largest project in the company’s 24 year history and through successful coordination of multiple workstreams - covering technology, marketing, customer experience, data & analytics, client engagement and legal - was delivered on time and under budget.
