Trading since 2000, Resolution GB Limited are specialists in HP Laserjet & Designjet Printers. We are HP Preferred Partners & HP Designjet Gold Partners. "I joined Resolution in 2006, and was originally brought on board by my brother (founder and former MD) to focus on developing new business opportunities and product lines. I initially began working for the company part-time, and found a niche with Annual support contracts - growing this side of the business by approximately 2000%. My aim was to keep costs low for our large format customers, removing usual industry small print and covering all parts and breakdowns, while at the same time getting our customers up and running as quickly as possible. Tony was a great printer engineer and a people person and bridged the gap between customers and 'engineer speak', providing free advice and general customer support covering anything from how to replace their printheads to assisting a repair. Together we built a business customers can trust. With an eye on the bottom line, the business model is savvy but with an unerring eye towards giving unparalleled support and commitment - ultimately adding value for our customers rather than just being another box shifter. In 2010 Tony was diagnosed with terminal cancer and together, on his good days, we built a series of informative YouTube videos to further help our customers - his last gift. When Tony died in Nov 2011 I took over as MD and shortly afterwards we won the UK Best Small to Medium Business 2011-2012 award. Continuing to go from strength to strength, like Tony I have a passion for giving our customers real value and strive to make a difference. Prior to joining Resolution GB, I gained over 30 years experience across a variety of industries. Current goals include developing new B2B markets, business process re-engineering and product expansion." Show less
