  In the role of application engineer in railway, I was asked to manage a platform project for different customers: - Modify the converter SW accordingly (Motor, Line and Auxiliary SW) - Plan, drive and execute the converter commissioning test in the lab and on the vehicle - Manage the project to deliver the tested and certified converter SW on time to the customer Those projects were mainly in Switzerland, Germany, Russia and Israel where I needed to test the locomotive.   During my second year as a Engineering and Technology Leadership Program Participant, I worked for the Power Distribution Components Division in Vienna, Austria. I tasks were:o Project on an Acoustic Loose Connection Device for the EMEA market. Developed in the US, the aim was to integrate this prototype into the Eaton’s distribution box to increase safety and maintenance (EMEA). o Project on a test platform for an Arc Fault Detection Device.   During this first year as a Engineering and Technology Leadership Participant, I integrate a R&D team in Eaton Power Quality in Grenoble. I was working on a new Uninterrupted Power Supply development as an hardware engineer in Power Electronics. My main tasks were: - Design and debug 11kVA 3 phase product - In charge of 8kVA 3 phase product (validation of the design, test and debug, assembly) - In charge of the after sales and repairs for 1 phase products (create all technical documents for services and repairs)I led the production of 16 UPS in China (Manufacturing and assembly of prototypes)All those tasks were dealing with a close relationship with China (production plant)
