Bio
Gregory Borichevsky
Kevin is a capable manager of people with a particular strength in keeping individuals focussed on the important tasks and priorities required for the business objectives to be met. He is a no nonsense employee who gets stuck into work and produces the results everytime on time and to requirements. If there are any issues or questions, Kevin is careful to ensure these are raised appropriately and addressed in a practical, effective way. Kevin is a unique individual in terms of his ability to bridge the gap between business and IT. While Kevin is serious about work, he is also serious about play, especially football and he fits in well with the team generating a bit of fun in the work environment which is always at an appropriate, professional level. I have no reservations in recommending Kevin to roles spanning project/programme management, IT system and process enhancement or replacement projects, and team leadership or supervision. He has very good potential to work as a practical and effective manager particularly in the areas of IT operations and programme management and is quickly able to come up to speed with what is required in a business environment for success.
Linda Morgan
Kevin and I worked as peers of two teams that had boundary cross-overs. During his time at DfC Kevin developed key processes for his team in the infrastructure development area which had very close links to operations. He maintained very clear requirements goals of his team, as well as demanded his standards, including himself. Kevin is a very dedicated and diligent Manager, who often took on responsibilities outside of his immediate area in order to assist in maintaining other areas and keep things on track. Budgetting management is one of Kevin's forte's. Kevin is a strong Manager who is able to impart his knowledge and experience to others, and supports his team, and other colleagues.
