Helping keep small Kiwi businesses in business, GAS supplies 120+ independent petrol stations around New Zealand and operates a small number of unmanned stations.- Managed company owned & operated sites nationally, developed and applied pricing strategies to maximise turnover, averaging 30% lift in year on year volume.- Contributed to technical integration of network to the AA Smartfuel program, design the web of related business processes, the ongoing monitoring and operation of the scheme.- Led the program of work to design, develop and deliver 75 GAS sites to a common POS system (GASPOS); bringing about step-changes in GAS culture, customer service and all round operational consistency.- Negotiated with and introduced new 3rd-party supplier relationships to network, achieving optimal terms, enabling improved margin opportunities for retailers. - Designed and executed marketing strategy for national group. Managed tactical aspects of campaigns, while successfully engaging with business owners to gain traction.- Effective automation of routine business processes – within the GAS Head Office, and between GAS HO, its suppliers, and customers.
