While employed with Res-Kem Corp., Eric was in two positions. Eric started as an engineer and became proficient in all engineering aspects of our standard water treatment line including AutoCad, Bill of Material maintenance on both Excel and Syspro manufacturing software, assembly and start up. He interfaced very well with his co-workers and our customers. During the later part of Eric’s tenure here he acted as the service manager and successfully managed two service technicians and exceeded the sales budget for service. Eric was able to increase the scope of the service work we do as a result of his engineering experience. In doing so Eric also considerably expanded his engineering abilities beyond the theoretical and gained the invaluable experience of dealing with real time engineering challenges.
