My responsibilities included: • Seeking and inviting relevant and qualified professionals in senior level management who may benefit from attending the Summits and sourcing vendors to meet their needs. • Marketing activities to promote events including email blasts and social media updates. • Keeping up-to-date with the latest news and developments in related fields. • Developing and maintaining presence in social media including Twitter feed and LinkedIn Groups. • Working hand-in-hand with our Head of Marketing and Sales Director to extend our outreach to the public. • Administrative duties for groups of 100+ registered attendees throughout each group of event’s six-month planning period. • Working hand-in-hand with the Event Manager to fine-tune 75+ schedules per event to best match the needs of each person in attendance. • Helping to host each event, including check-in, initiating networking opportunities, and quickly and professionally resolving potential issues and additional tasks that come my way.
