I enjoy creating and refining volunteer application, interview strategies, onboarding processes, volunteer policies, management systems, reporting methodologies, evaluation protocols and impact statements. I love sharing how people's unique strengths and lived experiences matter and provide value to any and all organizations. Creating win-win partnerships are important to me as is ensuring organizational and personal initiatives are achieved. I love sharing what The Arc is, why intersectionality of identities matter and how implementing racial and social justice is key to creating a society where all people are valued, civil rights for all are obtained and true belonging exits for all.
