Nara was a delight to work with. Based on good understanding of the customer requirements he takes a pragmatic approach to challenges whilst keeping the long term direction in sight. He successfully mentors his team to do the same.

Nara was a key part of the company's leadership team. Nara lead his own team well. He gave clear direction and feedback and built up a very effective analysis and design team and engineering capability. Nara was influential in the successful delivery of a number of complex internal and customer projects. He has excellent organisation and communication skills and clearly identifies and manages risk, scope and people's delivery. Product leadership and vision is also one of Nara's strengths. He works well with domain experts and facilitates clear and effective interchange of ideas between engineering and the business need. I highly recommend Nara.
