The aim of the program was (and still is) to produce an 1:50000 or 1:100.000 scale digital geoinformation database, which is divided into 1° x 1° cells of area of Earth, that are strategically important to the executing countries. The team was based in the Belgian Defence Queen Elisabeth Quarter in Evere, Belgium.
