This includes successfully leading the acquisition of a large multi-site day camps provider in Oct '15, a highly value-accretive transaction that generated significant multiple uplift on the subsequent sale of the whole business- Developing new corporate models for the businesses with advanced scenario capabilities, to forecast financial statements, funding and covenant compliance.Inspiring Learning is a private equity owned education provider which specialises in "learning outside of the classroom" experiences for young people. The business was sold by the previous private equity owners to Bridgepoint in Oct '16, and split into two businesses: Inspiring Learning (Kingswood) and Equity.
