I had the pleasure of working with Natalie at Benilde-St.Margaret's School throughout much of the last year. Natalie inherited the content management responsibilities for a very large internet and intranet website, with a number of stakeholders and constituents. Natalie's role bridged several skills and departments, including social marketing and communications, web content management, form data collection and reporting, search optimization, account management and permissions, and project maintenance and correspondence. Natalie also assisted with testing and validating a large content management infrastructure update, and played a central role in a complete design update for the primary homepage on the site. Natalie was able to quickly absorb and implement new procedures and processes (many of which were very technical in nature) with little oversight. She is timely, provides detailed feedback and recommendations, and has a great handle on a wide number of concepts and technologies relating to interactive marketing and social media.
