I was brought into The Young Turks, the largest online video news and talk network, after Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo invested $20 million to develop their customer acquisition and CRM strategies. I utilized my deep knowledge of email marketing, newsletters, and CRM, as well as content and social strategies to directly drive an increase in membership. While there I helped launch a daily "News of the Day" style newsletter and an automated 35-message retention and engagement program.
