Kathleen is a dedicated professional with both financial and operational experience. Kathleen can work at a very detailed level when necessary, but also understands and can present at the executive and strategic level. She was relied on heavily by the management team she supported. She has many years of experience in the specialized area of government accounting and she understands the operational side of being a government contractor. She is extremely hard working but also a lot of fun. Any finance team/company would benefit from having someone like Kathleen on the team.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kathleen for nine years at iRobot. An exceptionally talented professional. She is extremely versatile - while primary focused in the financial field she is equally successful in operations, manufacturing, and personnel. Kathleen’s management and leadership skills are excellent. She has the unique ability to operate in the day to day tactical area but also is very effective and comfortable working strategic issues. Kathleen works well with ambiguity and her judgment is always on target. Extremely dedicated and a quick study she consistently is able to understand the details of any issue and present the important facts to management. She routinely made presentations to the senior leadership at iRobot and the Board of Directors. Bottom line – she is a rare talent with unlimited potential.
