  Having graduated from the University of İstanbul, Faculty of Letters, Birman, started specializing on teaching English Language to adults with different language levels (EFL,EAP,ESP) in private universities in İstanbul, İstanbul Bilgi University and Bahçeşehir University . She especially taught academic essay writing and oral presentation techniques in English language. Besides teaching, she was also responsible for the curriculum design and test preparations. Birman turned back to her home country and founded Radius Partners Consulting in Cyprus, in 2009. She works with companies to understand their culture and determine specific training needs in order to create customized employee training and development programs. She has been actively involved in many projects to help improve performance and productivity in both public and private business sector as a member of the project Consulting team. She is also a columnist in the economy section of a local newspaper, Kıbrıs Gazetesi and also a columnist writing about local and global issues in Nokta Kıbrıs. Since 2009, she has been a member of Başhakim Zeka Bey Kıbrıs Türk Hukukunu Araştırma ve Geliştirme Enstitüsü Derneği ( The Assosicaiton of the Chief Judge Mehmet Zekia, Institute of Research and Development of Cypriot Law ) and has been organising events to create awareness concerning legal history and issues of Cyprus. Since 2021 summer, she has also been a member of GİKAD Kıbrıs Türk Girişimci Kadınlar Derneği ( Turkish Cypriot Female Entrepreneurs Association ), being involved in activities supporting and encouraging female entrepreneurs to be economically strong and to contribute to the economy. She had also previously become a member of the board of directors in riviving the İKYD - İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Derneği (Association for Human Resources Management ) in Cyprus and had gotten involved in many voluntary projects to emphasize the strategic importance of human resources management.
