Ditte is the greatest example of an 'unlocking' manager I've ever experienced. She knows exactly when to course-correct, when and where to provide support, and when to allow me to run with my ideas. There is no one-size-fits-all unyielding framework of support - instead she quickly picks up where each of her team needs support and provides it for them. Even more importantly, she finds the areas where they are strongest and does whatever is needed to help them fly. Fundamentally, she knows when to step in, and when to get out of the way.
