  Because of the partially shut down of the terminal we had to go through two reorganizations. I am now the only employee on the Forwarding department. The function Teamleader is not applicable anymore.- Safety Advisor Dangerous goods (ADR and RID).- Random ADR checks containers and equipment drivers.- Issuing the annual Dangerous goods report for trucks and trains.- Guarding the timeslots of the trucks which have been implemented.- Checking the various handling requests (filling degrees, max payload, ADR approval etc).- Drivers desk proceedings, arranging the papers, labels etc before and after loading.- Planning of the rail cars.- Helpdesk for transporters, internal departments and customers with booking problems etc.- Making notifications in the internal Quality system.- Updating the SAP system and take care of the neccessary documentation.- Keyuser SAP (Advising/testing about improvements in the system).- Solving problems, handling complaints.- Report malfunctions and / or necessary maintenance.
