Kip led an online cooking class that I participated in during the winter/spring of 2022. He was very skilled in engaging and connecting the group virtually. He has strong interpersonal skills and facilitated fruitful conversations between presenters and cooking class members. The marketing and "packaging" of the Bare Bones cooking class was on-point and effective. People from all walks of life were able to relate to and get value from the course. Kip's use of meditation and mindfulness was also very effective and insightful---taking us from our busy and separate lives and bringing us into a calm, shared space. I would recommend Kip as a facilitator, marketer, and communication expert.

During my time as an intern with Feedback Labs, Kip oversaw my marketing and communications work. There was so much that I was able to learn with his help from social media to understanding different styles of writing. Kip is a very skilled communicator and his feedback on my social media posts, newsletter, and blog drafts was extremely beneficial to my growth. His enthusiasm and willingness to help me succeed made him a pleasure to work with.

I was a participant in the fall cohort of Bare Bones in 2021. Through my experience I learned what a talented communicator Kip is, his curiosity and enthusiasm helped to make each lesson a really enjoyable experience. Through Kip not only did I gain confidence in the kitchen, I learned new skills that have improved my home cooking. Virtual education opportunities like Bare Bones had to be innovative during a pandemic and Kip really rose to the occasion. His videos, zoom sessions, email newsletters, and various other digital supplements for each lesson were effective and engaging and helped create a sense of community.
