After working with Con for several months in my capacity as consultant to DistributeIT, I found him to be a hard-working, competent, self-starting individual determined to see any task put before him as a challenge that must be succumbed. He has a wonderfully tolerant outlook on life that make him ideal in the challenging are of IT technical support, however I also had the opportunity to mentor him in the areas of system architecture, database and application design as well as other aspects of software development. He proved to be a quick study, and clearly understood the concepts that I was presenting to him. For his part he acted as a sounding board when I needed assistance in application development and software design when I ran into design issues and problem where another point of view was invaluable. Con communicates clearly and concisely, and I feel if given the appropriate opportunities will grown into any role or task that he is set.
