• Project Manager and contracted Project Design Coordinator on the ADB-funded TRTA: Greater Thal Canal Irrigation Investment Program, in Pakistan. Successfully achieved approval of client's $200 million loan for development of the irrigation system.• Project Aim:Support the Government with design and due diligence to inform ADB board and government decisions towards project loan approval and financing construction. The project will enhance food security and rural economic growth in Punjab province through increasing agricultural production by developing a new irrigation system. The Greater Thal Canal (GTC) irrigation scheme will convert about 704,000 hectares (ha) of unproductive rainfed lands to irrigated lands through delivering surplus river water during the monsoon season.
