While initially freelancing, I developed skills in HTML and LaTeX, entering technical content in a learning management system for Pearson's digital learning platform, Lightbook. I was quickly promoted to Project Coordinator and within a few weeks of starting, developed a training program and coached an offshore team in creating these digital assessment questions. It was with ongoing QA and regular mentoring that I shaped them into a dependable and efficient team, consistently hitting deadlines and submitting quality work.I worked closely with various stakeholders to ensure the digital assessment questionspossessed all the features necessary to satisfy the student and teachers’ needs.
