Ms. Fitch and I worked together on a complex and difficult juvenile dependency case in which our clients' interests were aligned. She was insightful and thorough in her approach to the case and serving her client's interests. Because of the pressure she put on the prosecution to prove its case, we were able to win a dismissal without the need for trial. I am happy to recommend Ginger Fitch.

The quality program was in its infancy when Ginger joined the company. She successfully instructed and motivated the Branch Manager group. These were oftentimes a difficult group of middle management that had achieved their responsible positions by hard work and the application of "Makes sense" objectives. Ginger was able to get through their tough exterior and found a non threatening way to appeal to their logic. Ginger pioneered the revolution effort that challenged all management to embrace Total Quality Management. I bear witness to the quality work that was started in these people which ultimately grew into a Quality Standard.
